Using a Y-shaped peeler, peel squash.
Step 2
Cut ends from squash; discard. Cut squash in half crosswise, where the neck and bulb meet.
Step 3
Cut neck and bulb in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, remove seeds from bulb, and discard.
Step 4
Slice or cube as desired.
