Spicy Honey-Glazed Pecans

Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups pecan halves
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sugar, divided
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 3⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, stir together pecans and honey. Spread in an even layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1⁄4 teaspoon salt. (Do not stir.)
- Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon sugar, curry powder, and cinnamon. (Do not stir.) Bake 2 minutes more. Let cool completely on pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle with remaining 1⁄4 teaspoon salt. Gently remove from foil; break into pieces. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
