Spicy Honey-Glazed Pecans

Spicy Honey-Glazed Pecans

Ingredients
  1. 4 cups pecan halves
  2. 1⁄3 cup honey
  3. 2 teaspoons sugar, divided
  4. 1⁄2 teaspoon salt, divided
  5. 3⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
  6. 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together pecans and honey. Spread in an even layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1⁄4 teaspoon salt. (Do not stir.)
  3. Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon sugar, curry powder, and cinnamon. (Do not stir.) Bake 2 minutes more. Let cool completely on pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle with remaining 1⁄4 teaspoon salt. Gently remove from foil; break into pieces. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
