- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 20 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 (2-inch) strips lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring raspberries, sugar, 1 cup water, thyme, and lemon zest to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
