What’s not to love about a hot dog wrapped in bacon and smothered with sauce and cheese?
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 8 all-beef hot dog franks
- Hot dog buns, Memphis-style barbecue sauce, thinly shredded mild Cheddar cheese, and sliced green onion, to serve
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a clean work surface, tightly wrap bacon diagonally around and down the length of each frank. Place frank, with bacon ends down, on prepared pan. Bake until bacon is cooked through and browned, 35 to 40 minutes. Serve on buns with barbecue sauce, cheese, and green onion, if desired.
