This Infused Honey only gets better with time. Enjoy it swirled over warm biscuits.

Infused Honey
Yields: 1 (6- to 8-Ounce) Jar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped and reserved
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 6 to 8 ounces honey
  1. Sterilize a 6- to 8-ounce glass jar (and a tight-fitting lid) in simmering water for 10 minutes. Let dry.
  2. Place vanilla bean and reserved seeds, cloves, and zest in jar. Top with honey. Secure lid. Rotate jar to evenly disperse ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
