Summertime Side: Grilled Corn


Great with barbecue and burgers, grilled corn is easy to make and will add some zest to your next cookout. Our Grilled Greek Corn recipe is a delicious take on one of our favorite versions of grilled corn: Mexican street corn. This popular side dish got its start in Mexico, where it is goes by the name elote, and is sold by street vendors. Conventionally coated with ingredients such as chili powder, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lime juice, Mexican street corn has been popping up on menus all over the South. The South’s sweet corn is a welcome addition to the traditional treat, making this side welcome at every summer gathering.
