  1. 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1⁄2 cup prepared pizza sauce
  4. 1 (8-ounce) package fresh mozzarella, sliced 1⁄4 inch thick
  5. 1⁄2 cup cherry tomato halves
  6. 3 tablespoons torn fresh basil
  7. 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  8. 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
  9. 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Preheat grill to high heat (450° to 500°). Lightly brush each side of crust with olive oil.
  2. Grill crust over indirect heat 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove crust from grill; add sauce, cheese, and tomatoes. Return to grill, and continue to cook over indirect heat until cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Add fresh basil and oregano; season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
