Grapefruit-Pecan Punch

You can substitute the pecan liqueur for another nutty nip like amaretto or a syrup like orgeat, if desired.

Grapefruit-Pecan Punch
Yields: 1 serving
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces light or dark rum
  • 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce orange liqueur*
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¼ ounce pecan liqueur*
  • ¼ teaspoon grenadine
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: fresh grapefruit slices
  1. In a cocktail shaker combine rum, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur, lime juice, pecan liqueur, and grenadine. Fill with ice cubes. Cover, and shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Fill a chilled rocks glass with crushed ice.
  3. Strain rum mixture into prepared glass. Garnish with grapefruit, if desired.
*We used Cointreau and Evangeline's Praline Pecan Liqueur.
