Buttermilk-Dill Dressing

  1. 11⁄4 cups whole buttermilk
  2. 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh dill
  4. 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  5. 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
  6. 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.

  1. 2 cups chopped fresh peaches
  2. 1⁄4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  3. 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  4. 3 tablespoons chopped green onion
  5. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon firmly packed light brown sugar
  7. 1⁄8 teaspoon kosher salt
  8. 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
