White Barbecue Sauce
Yields: 1½ cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (6-ounce) container nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1⁄4 to 3⁄4 cup water
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, Creole seasoning, and pepper until smooth. Whisk in water until desired consistency is reached.
