Green Sambal
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, leaves and stems
- ½ teaspoon lime zest (about 1 medium lime)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice (about 1 medium lime)
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- In the work bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
