Green Sambal
 
Ingredients
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, leaves and stems
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest (about 1 medium lime)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice (about 1 medium lime)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
