Sweet and Sour Coleslaw
Yields: 3 Cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag angel hair coleslaw
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • ½ cup distilled white vinegar
  • ⅓ cup grated carrot
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
