Candied Pecans
Makes about 2 cups
  • 6 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1½ cups pecan halves, toasted
  1. Line a small baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium skillet, combine brown sugar, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and sugar is moistened. Add pecans, stirring until coated. Spoon mixture onto prepared pan. Let stand until completely cool. Break into pieces.
