  1. 7 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  2. 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  3. ½ cup shredded carrot
  4. 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  5. 1 cup mayonnaise
  6. 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  7. 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  11. Garnish: chopped fresh dill
  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbages, carrot, and green onion. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper; stir well. Drizzle over cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with dill, if desired.
