
Creamy Mustard-Dill Slaw

Ingredients
- 7 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Garnish: chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbages, carrot, and green onion. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper; stir well. Drizzle over cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with dill, if desired.
