Coconut Cake Milkshake

- 5 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup cream of coconut
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1½ cups sweetened flaked coconut, toasted and divided
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- In the container of an electric blender, combine ice cream, cream of coconut, and milk. Blend until smooth. Add 1 cup toasted coconut, and blend until combined.
- Pour corn syrup on a plate. Dip rims of serving glasses in corn syrup and then in remaining 1⁄2 cup toasted coconut. Pour milk shake into coconut-rimmed glasses. Serve immediately.
