Coconut Cake Milkshake

Ingredients
  1. 5 cups vanilla ice cream
  2. ½ cup cream of coconut
  3. ¼ cup whole milk
  4. 1½ cups sweetened flaked coconut, toasted and divided
  5. 2 tablespoons corn syrup
Instructions
  1. In the container of an electric blender, combine ice cream, cream of coconut, and milk. Blend until smooth. Add 1 cup toasted coconut, and blend until combined.
  2. Pour corn syrup on a plate. Dip rims of serving glasses in corn syrup and then in remaining 1⁄2 cup toasted coconut. Pour milk shake into coconut-rimmed glasses. Serve immediately.
