Hollywood might have The Oscars, but chefs, bakers, restauranteurs, and food lovers have the James Beard Awards. The 2015 semifinalists have been announced, and we are more proud than ever of the South and our friends that are preserving the heritage of Southern food night after night in their restaurants. The winners will be announced on Monday, May 4.
