Preparation Tips
1 or 2 days before:
Make snack mix. Cool completely. Store in airtight containers.
Make salad dressing. Store covered in refrigerator.
The night before:
Bake cookies. Store in airtight containers.
Slice onion and chop cilantro for pizza. Store covered in refrigerator.
Prepare lettuce and bell peppers for salad. Store in plastic, zipper-top bags. Refrigerate.
Mix cookie dough according to second and third steps of recipe. Cover and refrigerate.
2 hours before:
Make dough for pizza crust.
1 hour before:
Make breadsticks.
45 minutes before:
Make pizza and bake in preheated oven.
30 minutes before:
Assemble salad.
