Grilling Tips
• When shopping for a grill, check out the number of pre-assembled parts
that are included. The fewer you have to put together, the better quality the grill.
• Adding smoke enhances the flavor of grilled food. For a charcoal grill,
soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour. When the charcoal is ash gray, drain
chips and place a handful over the coals. Add more chips every hour.
