Honey Buttercream Frosting
Yields: 6 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 to 7 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons whole buttermilk
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat butter with a mixer at medium speed until creamy, 2 to 3 minutes. Add confectioners’ sugar and honey; beat at low speed until smooth. Gradually add buttermilk until a spreadable consistency is reached.
