Ingredients
  1. 3⁄4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  2. 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  3. 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
  4. 1 1⁄4 teaspoons kosher salt
  5. 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  7. 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped
  8. 1 (12-ounce) package butterscotch morsels
  9. 1 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels
  10. 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  11. 1⁄2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar at high speed with an electric mixer until creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape sides of bowl. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. With mixer on low, gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating to combine. Gradually add oats and pecans, beating just until combined.
  3. Using the bottom of a measuring cup, firmly press mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with butterscotch, chocolate, and coconut. Drizzle with condensed milk.
  4. Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
