Crabmeat Dip

Yield: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 up coarsely chopped Vidalia® onion
  2. 3 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
  3. 3/4 cup flaked crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
  4. 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  5. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  6. 3 tablespoons water
  7. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  8. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  9. Dash of hot sauce

Directions

  1. In a food processor fitted with the chopping blade, combine the onion and parsley. Process until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Chill until serving time.
