Crabmeat Dip
Ingredients
- 1/4 up coarsely chopped Vidalia® onion
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
- 3/4 cup flaked crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of hot sauce
Directions
- In a food processor fitted with the chopping blade, combine the onion and parsley. Process until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Chill until serving time.
