Yield: approximately 1 cup

¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup champagne vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sugar

 

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and vinegar, whisking until smooth. Add dill, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar, whisking to combine. Store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
