Yield: approximately 1½ cups
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons butter, softened
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and vanilla, beating at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until well blended.
