Yield: approximately 8 servings

7 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
½ cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Garnish: chopped fresh dill
1. In a large bowl, combine cabbages, carrot, and green onion. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper; stir well. Drizzle over cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with dill, if desired.
