Yield: approximately 2 cups

1½ cups confectioners’ sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1½ tablespoons whole milk
¼ cup prepared lemon curd
1. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, approximately 6 minutes. Reduce speed to low. Add milk, and beat until well combined. Fold in lemon curd until well blended.
