2 cups quick-cooking oats
¾ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter, melted
1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter, stirring until mixture is combined and moist. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
