Yield: 8 to 10 servings

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Jack Daniels whisky
 
1. In a saucepan, bring cream, sugar, butter and cinnamon to a boil stirring until sugar dissolves.

2. In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water, stirring to combine, Add cornstarch mixture to hot cream mixture, stirring to blend. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add whiskey. Serve warm.
