Chocolate-Dunked Peppermint Sticks

Ingredients
  1. 6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
  2. 24 (5-inch) peppermint sticks
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate according to package directions; spoon into a small bowl.
  2. Place a sheet of wax paper on a work surface. Dip one end of each peppermint stick in chocolate; place on wax paper. Let stand until chocolate is set, approximately 2 hours. Gently remove from wax paper. Store in an airtight container up to 5 days.
