I am interested in making your Easter coconut sheet cake. What is coconut oil? If I can’t find it, what is a good substitute?
Brenda, coconut oil is the oil extracted from coconuts. It is increasingly common and Lou Ana even makes it now. You can find it next to the other oils (canola, olive…etc.) at your grocery store. It may also be found in the health section. Tell us what you think of the cake!
